The seamless, monolithic, lightweight roof system adheres to most substrates and is durable, safe, permanent, cost-effective and maintenance-free with unequaled energy savings over the life of the roof. Spray Foam

IFS polyurethane roof systems have an R-Factor of 7 and K-Factor of 0.14 based on (1) inch thickness, which seals, insulates and sound proofs while providing custom drainage and reduced thermal shock and deck movement. IFS polyurethane roof systems are self-flashing, waterproof, attractive and scuff-resistant to foot traffic, utilizing our own industry-leading tough, reflectant, Energy Star qualified white elastomeric coating.
